We are supposed to meet with the Crime Victims Service Unit sometime this week. Fortunately my wife has friends she can count on as well.

I have my S&W M&P 9MM with 3 full mags of hollow points by my side tonight. Since that door is busted, I'll be here all night. I am tired, it's gonna be a long one.

Edit: The vehicle went across our front yard into the cornfield on our north side.

 

Its odd, because we live in one of the safest areas around. It just so happened that it was our house that he decided to crash in front of. Where we are located, most people do call it a country area. To me it's sort of in between, although we do have farmland on 2 sides as well as across the road.

 

Was the person that put it in that location the actual owner of said vehicle?

 

It was the grace of God that saw us through. I can't do the details justice here. But God gave me the right words and patience to de-escalate. If you heard me tell it, without physical evidence, you wouldn't believe it.

 

I don't know, just that he wasn't the original driver and was desperate to get away from the cops.

 

@PoleCrusher you have quite a few people praying for the both of you. I relayed your prayer request on a telegram channel I'm on. There's a few people on that channel that are sick and before the chat is closed for the night they all post stuff like this up and ask everyone to say a prayer.
