Jb hunt target account

    I got a jb hunt target account near me (regional) and was wondering why is it a flat daily rate of $280 instead of mileage pay or activity based pay? Does anyone know why it pays a daily rate instead?

    $280 per day doesn't sound bad as long as it isn't driving nights. Especially if they give you the option of working the sixth day.
