This is the song that I use for my guys. They have to hit a heavy bag to the beat, hard punches, for the entire song. It’s tough the first time, BUT stamina builds quickly. Skill and toughness take a distant second to stamina. Stamina is an instant confidence booster. Most people can’t throw hands hard for 20 seconds, then it’s sitting duck time.

 

Once my heavy bag shows up I'm going to try that.

 

The first time they try, lungs start burning and they start sucking all the oxygen out of the air. Within a week, the stamina increases so that you can hit with authority for the entire song.

 

I used to attend a boxing gym a few times a week. Now I live in the boonies and had to build my own gym. Stamina is probably gone now.

 

Rub it in! Why don't ya!

 

Shoot, it was a sticky nasty 87°f, feel like 96°f in South Bay, FL 11miles deep in a different cane patch yesterday by 7am.. Gross

Feel like I'm beating the piss out of my ol shaker already. Might be better as a pavement queen?

 

I couldn't see pavement all day practically...keeping the right half over the fog line was the only traction available.
