That's what I was wondering. Thinking if it was some sort of fries type thing, might be a bit gloppy in the middle. If it was just thick shred, then you could get that crispy crust and the fluffy inside.

Crispy on the outside I bet, and softish on the inside like a hashy brown ought to be.. I've got a wide grater just about that size I use when I'm making a big ol cast iron full...

 

Used to do that at our local HD. They stopped because it went from a ton of kids to where hardly any showed up.

 

If the neighborhood is being patrolled by the Batmobile, is it safe to pass through?
