That was very nice of you ! And you have my thanks on Billy's behalf.
I talked with curt Morehouse yesterday afternoon when I got home and Billy had some sort of surgery yesterday, and sounds like he is going to live but he's gonna have a long road ahead of him , many broken bones including in his face and he almost completely bit his tongue in half in the crash , they are keeping him sedated and on a ventilater so he doesn't swallow his tongue, I doubt he will be talking for some time so we may not know what caused him to leave the road for awhile.

 

Billy will always be more important than the truck but I think that freightliner of his was only about 6 months old...I heard the reefer was on the seats in the truck .
The front of the trailer appears to have broke loose from the deck plate and went thru the cab .
The towing company said it was the worst recovery they had ever done ....I think the fire dept had to cut him out of the cab too.
I'll get to see the pictures when I'm in the office on Tuesday .
He's very lucky the truck didn't start on fire as well.

In an age where so many drivers had bad tudes and are hooray for me and screw everyone else billy is a ray of light , never wining ...always smiling and a pleasure to converse with and always looking for whom he would screw with next lol.
Ya couldn't help but like him although he have looked a little different with his hairstyles lol.
One day a few years ago I was sitting in the shop managers office with my back against a plexiglass window and billy snuck up and slapped the window so hard I thought a bomb went off and dam near went to the moon lol .
About 6 months ago i caught him napping on a ramp on us 20 in northern Iowa and returned the favor lol .
