It is usually a programming issue. You need to take it someone with Wabco toolbox software and knowledge how to troubleshoot.

Additionally the FMI 5 per SAE standard suggests an open circuit or something that should be there isn't showing. Something unplugged or broken wire. You can run into an issue if the ECU is replaced with a new module as it has updated data vs the original.
