Cat 1 hurricanes have 75-95 mph sustained winds with higher gusts.
It's not horrible but it's not good either.
It's a pain in the butt because you have to put the shutters up, put all the potted plants in the shed and anything else that will either get ruined or become a projectile. Then afterwards you have a ton of broken branches and debris everywhere that has to be cleaned up and you have to do the reverse of what you did with the shutters and everything. But I'm ready now and about to dig into this....

 

If you take the lump sum, is it taxed only the one time? Asking for a friend......
