I went to Roehl's website and noticed that there are no info listed for the 7 on/7 off fleet. All I could find was info about the 14 on/7 off. Does Roehl still have the 7 on/7off?
Roehl does offer that option as well. From drivers I talked too, they do it mainly for health insurance and have something else going on on the side, since it won't be enough to even feed you.
Also Transport America does 7/7 but I do not know if anyone else does.
On Roehl's website you punch in your zipcode and it tells you what's available there. Is that what you were looking at? If so, you wouldn't find, say, Midwest Regional fleet information if you looked up Houston.
