Fuel tank not equalizing while I'm driving

    I have 2019 frightliner having issue with fuel equalizing fuel coming from passenger side tank into driver side while I'm driving and it makes air pressure in the driver side my truck doesn't have the shut off valve and crossover line to level the fuel tank changed the breathers on both tanks that doesn't work truck is at local mechanic shop he doesn't know what the exact problem is

    If you have vented fuel tank caps make sure they're not plugged up with crud.

    Do you have locking caps, or a chain attached to the cap to keep it with the tank when you are fueling? If so, might check to see if either the lock tab came off into the tank or the chain went into the tank.

    I had that issue with a Volvo. It only fed from the driver-side, for example, and the return fuel only filled the passenger-side. I don't recall the fix. I'm a company driver, I just ask for another truck.

    Intermittently having this issue my T680, on mine there are small hoses coming off the breathers, both of those appeared to be clogged, once I cleaned them out, it took a couple days but the tanks started to equalize again
