    I would recommend reading your lease agreement to see exactly what it says. Unfortunately usually it costs more money to hire an attorney than the amount you are owed. Do extensive research and talk to drivers before leasing on to another carrier.

    If you're dying to lease on somewhere go home and find a trucking company near you. Talk to some of the drivers and get the lay of the place. Look them up on safer. Just a little due diligence man. If you can't do all that just do like others said and sign up with like Mercer or Landstar or whatever.
