Ozzy understands trucking more than we could ever imagine.

 

Not sure how to say this, I agree. But the middle and low class have more common ground than left, right, up, down, north or south.

Trained and disciplined fighter could find themselves lost in a street fight. On the ground with a determined guy who will bite your balls off before losing is a different level of determination.

 

Tough=durable.

Lots of guy are already broken. They get stressed out easily. They are moody, emo’s, easily manipulated, influenced, insulted, angry, “triggered”…CONTROLLABLE.

Tough guys don’t break. Period. Not to peer pressure, “everyone else was doing it”, or any other societal bs.

 

Picked up an old girl and a feeder steer for the kid to take care of. The kid especially likes feeding them grain.

I dont disagree, but don't think its gender specific. The women are not the same as past generations. Ill give you my take. My father and his trucking worked because of Mom. My farming buddy, it worked because of his mom. Those women were in charge. Go down and bail hay or straw. Us boys did the work. Who fed you? Mom, Who kept the fluids going? MOM. Who made dinner before you went back out, Mom. Who brought the cooler of beer about 730pm? MOM. Who told all the boys to be ready in the AM. Mom.

I tip my hat to the women I call mom and grandmother. They kept sheet running.
