Yes truckers report didn't even give me a solid reason I didn't brake the rules agreement ....then again why bring facts to a argument with 18months of solid data...

You were asked not to bring this subject up again in the open forum. If all you can do is complain when things don't go your way you might be happier someplace else.

I got a fixed term loan, no rate. I agreed to 42 payments of 1500. I got ####ed on this, but it was my first commercial loan.
People in lease purchase are on youtube, until they lose their ### from a major breakdown.
Lease payments on the new truck will be made, even if freightliner has it 8 months waiting on a doser. This is the main way people lose their ###. Brand new trucks break down.

That's all in your business model you build before going into business it's not easy being a owner op but heck even in this economy iam still hear...no one prepared for a parts shortage 1 advantage being leased acces to parts my brother git a new motor put in his Pete 2022 in 2 weeks not bad

I think the simple answer is the way you choose to do it isn’t for everyone and the way others choose to do it isn’t for you. Doesn’t mean I’m right and you’re wrong or vise versa. Me personally? I would never make payments on someone else’s asset no matter how much control it seems like you have. At the end of the day I could drop the trailer I’m pulling today and be leased onto any other carrier in this country tomorrow and nobody could say otherwise. I can control my asset. That’s the way I like it. My name is on the title from day 1 when I buy a truck. That’s my choice. I don’t see that as you doing anything wrong by doing a lease purchase and being tied to a carrier, it’s just not for me.

Your name is on the title? You can sell the truck without getting permission from the leasing company?

    Siinman Thanks this.
