Hello I am looking into buying a used glider kit freightliner and I am wondering what is the recommended lender y'all use. Also what o/o companies are best to get into to learn the business side.

Well let's start with this - are you a driver and if so how long have you been one?

A lot of guys are going to say don’t do it at all, but I’m going to say I would Atleast hold off until spring because I have a feeling there will be a firesale on equipment in the next year,

I would take that time to read as much as you can on this forum, there are quite a few different ways to make it work and you can see which direction you like best in the mean time

This is a very general question......line up 10 truck drivers and get 10 different answers. 1, apply at 5 different lenders, see what happens, 2, talk with 5 different co's, you'll have a better feeling about the biz. You won't find one co. that meets all your requirements.

I will be 100% honest with you. I have over 25 years experience but recently became and O/o. Make sure you have a $30k to $50k reserves for downtime because it will happen.

Just get a good truck and not a glider. What kind of work are you going to be doing?
