With that wide a range, try to find a brand, machine model and sorta work your way into specializing in it.
Get a niche in there and be in one area of the shop, similar repairs so easier to repeat and gain a rep for good complete repairs.
Lessens the comeback/warranty niggling. Good example was a hand at Clark in Memphis. He was tasked with installing add on
attachments on new in stock machines when sold. Side shifts, push/pulls, clamps, etc. It was all on new clean machines, new accessories,
with instructions, no one else knew anything about it either, so no worrisome oversight or time limits. Charlie Byrd got it this way...
Clark in competition with Toyota on a clamp truck sale... The op; in trying the Clark machine on demo, said it did not respond (open and close) as
fast as the Toyota's.. You like that? Op said yeah. So; Charlie came in that Saturday, pulled the # 6 hyd hoses off from valve to cylinders, & replaced
with #8. Sales took it back out Monday, had another full demo. Op was ecstatic Slam, bam, thank you mam. This is what I want.
"The buying influence" in the back is who actually dictates what Purchasing cuts the PO for...

Actually gonna be a good line. Somebody gonna have to haul all the repos from the finance factors collection lots to the auction sites.
Then when sold, to used dealers for refluff and resale. Should pick up nice around Feb/Mar 2023. Might try to get in on the credit card
default repos back to a liquidator.. Be dry van tho.

    Bout these shots...
Really makes no actual difference unless some start falling dead at the events table. Be serious then. Until, all enjoy.
One worry at a time folks.

We did our midday check on Michigan.

    And.........ummmmmmmm.......no. No.

Says like an additional 14" of snow, and gusts to 40 mph.

I asked The OM, and The OM is like," No. No."

Just to be fair and accurate, thought we better provide Arizona's info.

It's basically sunny in the low 70's.

We believe someone may have slipped 3 or 4 pounds of fishing weights into the carrier just before being placed onto the scale.
