Anybody want to bet on a quick cash settlement, a no fault agreement, both parties agreeing to end any further litigation, and a big sigh of relief from everyone involved?

 

This suit could set a precedent, prompting others to come out of the woodwork. It’ll be interesting to see what becomes of it all.
