Flying j pizza

What it tastes like? Wet cardboard, heavy on the garlic, oregano, and pesto. I know they try but pizza from Flying J is like going to Taco Bell and expecting Mexican food. You'll get something similar but you'll probably be hating life in a couple of hours.

 

Being from Chicago, I cannot in good conscience call that pizza.

 

It's hit or miss. Some of them are delicious.

 

I LOVE Fishhook pizza. I drag it home for the wife a lot of times.

 

Think the last time I ate Pfj pizza was out by ft Stockton Tx. several years ago. Hadn't had any in quite awhile. Was delicious. You gotta get it when it's freshly made if possible.

 

Since I discovered how good QuikTrip food is...you guys can have the normie chains. I'll only go in to use the restrooms. Lol

 

$8 for two slices at the FJ in Ripon, CA. WTF

 

And me growing up on traditional NY thin crust I can't call that pizza either. Growing up in jersey the pizza place down the block only spoke broken English my dad said. Paid "protection" money from the mob and bought all their supplies from the mob Lol

I don't know where around here I can find an authentic deep dish pizza. The few I've tried sucked.

 

Who's got the best pizza in Chicago? I'm going with Ninos in Alsip, Illinois... the suburbs.
