all except the speed freaks and the heros running 80mph with 55mph speed limits can do up to about 650 miles with a few bumps to 750 or so once in a while.

 

Mostly right. But I knew LTL guys in 67 mph trucks doing 6-700 a night every night in the early 2000's. But they dropped a suitcase and the skate case radio in the truck and rolled. Hardly fueled or hooked a trailer. Only bumped freight on a closed terminals.

I know one LTL that's not laying down the miles. I've got two more implements coming out of Memphis- 14 days so far and just left Boise headed for Spokane last night, then to Lewiston and then liftgate to me. With fuel prices maybe they're dragging them down the shoulder on pallet jacks.

 

Hell ill be lucky to break 1000 miles this week.
