My best guess is that at one time they had things that clocked driver hours / miles (a precursor to ELD).Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
I’m guessing one is the power divider and the other is the 5th wheel slide. Flip them and see what happens.

Those levers on the top if I remember right are for the axles, either lockers or power divider. I remember there are a place for five of them across the panel to control a lot of different things.

Should be 5th wheel lock & power divider. Use to drive a 88 K model, I remember the suspension dump for truck and trailer was down on the dash in toggle switch form….
