I don't think so but that's not a deal breaker. Greatly reduced fuel and maintenance costs is appealing. Park it and forget it for the most part with 2 pm's, maybe 3 in a busy year. 25% down is the idea.

Great for me.
-
By 25% down you mean 50K and at least 2K per month payment, right?

I’m happy for you. Mine is 7.47 lifetime, tracking every fill on paper, and only an Espar heater so there’s been some idling in there because I don’t like sleeping when it’s hot outside.Blue jeans, Siinman, larry2903 and 2 others Thank this.

My engine is always warm. Big deal.

Do you even IFTA? We already pay for mileage. If it’s constant like Oregon or hut or mpg based ifta. No change really from what we do now. Flat mileage base would make guys with olde trucks feel better cause of the mpg. It would be even Stevens. But yes, EV is lame.Last edited: Dec 4, 2022

CT is double taxing …… and more states will do the same . They aren’t going to let electric trucks run around tax free. (They aren’t buying diesel)

Say bye bye to the luxury of sheer laziness that men of middle age like to indulge every now and then.
On a serious note, if it were only the case that those brand new trucks could run uninterruptedly. Last Christmas, the best gift under the Christmas tree was the back pressure sensor for T680 owners.Chieftains, dwells40 and Constant Learner Thank this.
