How long has it been since you saw an old front brake 50% valve? Ones on several of the the old W22 Whites Riddell had were hung underneath the dash, left side, against the cab wall. Had a big chrome hand wheel abut 3" diameter and half an inch thickness. Couple of arrow pointers on which way to turn.

On my 1979 K100, the lever for the fifth wheel slider and power divider are located on the bottom part of console above the Dog house. One is horizontal and the other vertical next to each other.

I’ve never saw one. Only guessing. Drove a day cab once with the air ride adjustment. Might have been a mid 80’s Ford. Oldest Truck I’ve driven is a 78 General Day cab w/238 Detroit 7 spd. in 1994. I’m a youngster.

I didn't realize those 8 horse teams pulling those frieght wagons had air brakes back then
I always was under the impression that you set the brakes with that hand lever beside the seat

Yes, forerunner of the disc brake we know now, Disc was the metal rim on the spoke wheel and the pads were oak chunks. Air cooled, ambient temp.
Pull up to the shade of any oak tree and do brake job. (Note to self: Do not use pine for pads)

Once front brakes were mandated, the limit valves disappeared, mid 70's. OP's truck is too new for that

Could also be a gear splitter if it's not on your shifter. I had the splitter on my dash (same as your dash switch) with my 15 spd and the range selector was on the stick. It was annoying as hell at first, but I got used to it. The other two were the diff lock and 5th wheel slide.
