    Maybe 30 - 45 minutes. You get paid while waiting at the trailer wash.
    Drivers giving you negative advice; are they pulling reefers? If so, then why are they still doing it.

    They said they used to pull reefer and just lots of waiting around and not getting paid. They went back to dry van because they also hated the lack of sleep. I wanna try reefer I was just doubting if I was able to keep up with all these aspects of reefer.

    One reefer company I worked for; a driver saw that I was a new-hire and called me aside. He said, "I recommend you find a different company and stay away from reefers. You'll hate it here. I'm looking for a new job now."
    I found out later he was the most senior driver there and had been there 32 years.
    So, don't pay much attention to other drivers. We're gown-ups, we can make our own decisions.

    Yeah thats true and if he hated it so much why he stayed for 32 years? . I think I need to try it for myself. I was afraid of if it didn't work out it would make me look like a job hopper. Trying to eventually get to Walmart. Not sure how hard they are to get into or if they care about past companies like the mega carriers.
