Which unity are you speaking about? Most of the people I spoke to about the occupation of Ottawa were dead set against it. If anything it set us as truck drivers back a few decades. They fulfilled the stereotype the public had. I’m sure the guys are all patting themselves on the back because they think they are heroes. But the majority of the public thinks they are the heels.

Did you do your poll in downtown Toronto?

 

We all laughed when the cattle hauler ran through the picket lines at the slaughterhouse. It was funny. He was trying to do his job and feed his family and these people who felt they were in their rights were holding a protest against what they believed in.
So now the shoes on the other foot. Those guys held their protest against what they believed in. What’s the difference? Both parties thought they were standing up for what they believed in. Why is one side considered martyrdom and the other side a bunch of whiners?

 

Yeah the government sure crushed those pig protestors eh
