    New pump
    Lines are clear - tested with air from compressor. Air blows through
    Reservoir is full

    Will not spray fluid onto windshield

    3 shops are stumped

    The electric going to the washer pump. If the wires are hooked backwards the pump will run in reverse and flow the opposite the way it should.

    I think it would be easier and cheaper to just wire in an electric pump.

    Only thing that comes co my mind is vent in reservoir plugged, but you should see something prior to vacuum lock.

    You got a new Sprauge control valve in the dash?

    I had one go bad where when I depressed it to spray fluid, air come out the weep hole in the bottom, instead of the line going to the reservoir.. Wipers still worked though..
