Fresh CDL Cannot get copy of Report

Hello and welcome to all those who have taken time out of their day to click on my thread. I am currently seeking a second chance company that will take me with out a police report. I did in fact reach out to the police department records department, and department of motor safety of state in which the accident occurred. I even paid for the money order,, postage stamp and all for the report to come back to my house. Only for it them to write out that there was no record of it. Even after having explained this to Western Express and showing proof that I paid off the ticket I received. They tell me on repeat that they cannot take me without it. So here I am having seen the positives of networking on this site and knowing how broad and vast the trucking community is. I am hoping someone knows a company that will take me. Thank you for the reply! It occurred back in late October of this year. It was with my first company Melton Trucklines happpened at a 4 way light and took the left and fed the wheel just a touch too early and ended clipping the car in that lane. The ticket itself was a 613 unsafe starting or stopping vehicle. I am located in Memphis TN. Most companies I have reached out to say to wait until January when the "season" is not as dry.

 

Took a left turn just a touch too early and ended up colliding with the car in said lane. I attempted what you described in depth and even reached out to all aspects that i believed to be effective in getting me a police report and somehow/someway the police of report of the accident in question is non existent and I am here thinking my CDL is now worthless T_T
