Attention CDL A Company drivers

What is going on with Recruters?
I applied for a job in Chicargo from another state ,
Was told by Rucruter no forced dispatch,
Pick my own time off , pay is good 0.75c per mile, no escrow, etc... they are telling you what you want to hear.
I got there and after first week ,
going to take 34hr reset, got yelled at, It is forced dispatch.
Didn't receive first pay until 2 weeks later.
[ pay finish on Tues pay is done on Fri, and you receive it mon_tues]
They will start you on Wed, Thurs.
So you don't get payed for 12 days on first week.
You always feel they are not going to pay you,
Always screwing you on the miles 40 miles on this job 23 miles on that job etc.
Never available when you ring or text to talk to them.
They make you pick up loads that are not under there name , but another company and not going to where BOL says to take it.
Very suspicious Company.
What has happened to this industry.
I left that job.
OH and didn't get last pay .

Have not had any bad experiences with 1099 this is first time

 

I think it is out of Chicago.
