Seller just told me the check engine light is on. So that as they say is that.
This all started because I'm done with this cascadia. I'm still using it to work. And will continue to keep it maintained and running right. But I'm officially in the market for another truck.
But I want it to be a 13 speed manual ( can settle on a ten) pre 2014 truck. With more than 405 horse power for less than 40k.
Thanks for the advice every one. I just got excited. I'm gonna cool my jets foe now I guess.

I wouldn’t take it if it was free. Max force is a money pit.

Maxxforce? I'd offer $8 - 10000.00, max. But man there are way better options out there right now you just have to seek them out. I know that this seems like a good deal because its probably convenient but remember that there is nothing convenient about being in business, otherwise everyone would be self employed.

I'm trying to get away from the dpf, def, and any other three letter code I don't know about yet.

MaxFarce motors don't use DEF. But they do have a DPF, EGR and the emissions systems on them cause a lot of issues. I drove a 2013 for a couple years and it was definitely a shop queen.

Better do some research on that engine. I only heard bits and pieces of the story. It includes a class action lawsuit. Those Trucks have been notoriously cheap for years. First glance they seem like a bargain. There’s a very good reason why. It was a big flop. Lots of problems.
