    I am still on the road, changed out my filters, added 911 in the tanks and diesel cleaner in the filters, so far my vacuum is at 4 will run test it until the weekend and see if it increases again.

    So I just checked both tanks with flashlight.
    Passenger side was extremely clean no dirt or water. But the driver side had something black on the bottom of the tanks

    It appears that you have found your problem. I was going to ask what temperatures you are running and the possibility of gelling/waxing, but it doesn't sound like that is the case.
