    Its theft. He was not authorized to take the cash. He was issued the card with a cash advance option, but not just anytime he wanted it at his discretion.

    A couple of weeks ago, Harbor Freight had an offer for a free 5 gallon bucket with a $25 purchase. That dont mean I can go in the next day & buy $25 worth of goods & just take a bucket.
    Just because it was authorized yesterday, doesnt authorize me to pick up a free bucket today.

    The driver had a card to get a cash advance "when authorized". Not just anytime his pockets are a little light.

    I could give you a thousand actual scenarios. But I wont continue on. He took money without authorization. That's theft.

    Maybe that’s what you mean by bolo on the truck but I’d make sure and contact local law enforcement and make them aware of what’s about to happen. Id recommend to them that they be onsite for everyone’s protection.

    Yep they the ones that insisted the bolo which is (Highway Patrol) look out and then they can assist until bolo is called off.

    Great advise. People take advantage of anything they can do. Always face first or over the phone at the min. I would be in route to get that truck the second that dude stole money from me. Leave his ### on the side of road and tell him to kick rocks!
