You said a mouthful. When Dad retired 2 of his guys that had been with him for years nudged me into buying a couple more trucks. Now these were old head top shelf hands. I thought this trucking deal was easy and people lined up to throw money at you. One died on me and the other was diagnosed with prostate cancer. So 10 years in business with employees I became new to the selection and hiring process. My hats off to guys like you I didn’t and do not have the patience for it

Having employees and or O/O's leased on is the equivalent of running an adult day care operation.

In all my years I've done a cash advance once.
Our accounts were compromised somehow and the bank shut down ALL our cards. Good for the wife, she went into the branch and got new ones. I was in houston. No cash. (Yes lesson learned) needed enough cash to get to Toronto and get into a branch of our bank to get cards again. CALLED and asked first, then got a cash advance.
That's what it's for in my humble opinion. -
Same with owning a rental property
99.9% of Renters are worthless deadbeats .
Otherwise they would be owners , not renters .Keepforgettingmypassword, Siinman, SL3406 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I’ve never done a cash advance, but I could see instances when you may need cash for whatever reason. You need to have a good reason though and get ok from the person that pays the card, not just take out a cash advance on somebody else’s card at will.Elroythekid Thanks this.

Most cards are set up with whatever the company wants the weekly limit to be, and the card will reset to that limit every week. If the card is set up with a weekly advance limit then about the only time you’d need to get permission is if you’re wanting more than the limit.
