Drivers In Canada Beware-Transport Canada Now Doing Hard Enforcement Of ELD Mandate

I was helping a guy with his ELD last night. Employer did not give the guy much instruction..nothing regarding PC/yard move/Editting. He really should not have waited until the last day. Some folks are overwhelmed by the ELD but no doubt he can find BEST Pornhub in a heartbeat on their iPhone

 

SAD situation.
ELD's can NEVER tell you when you're tired and need a break.
Beware of using PC:
Personal Conveyance is not only when you are not under a load, but NOT going to get a load. Also, after unloading and heading home, this is still part of your trip and does not qualify for PC even though you are empty.
I've been trucking since '78 and the best way to drive is drive when you're alert and sleep when you're tired.
How is putting an ELD into an experienced, safe trucker's truck going to help him be any safer than he already is?
You have truckers with 1 MILLION - even up to 5 MILLION SAFE MILES - and you NEED to put an ELD in his truck?
that's like saying, " I know you know how to ride a bike but you need to put training wheels on now"!!!
They are grooming ppl to "OBEY and NOT to question". Time we take our countries BACK. The devil and his minions have STOLEN our FREEDOMS and it's time to STOP this BS! #ENDtheTYRANNY

 

At the DMV, after passing all tests, a surgeon will implant a sensor that will pair with the ELD and sync both the brain and truck to the same schedule.
