Hey all. I live in Missoula MT and currently work for a very lovely company where I am home every day, but coming from LTL the pay was a massive cut while the home life balance was a massive plus. I love love love being here but my wife and I are really struggling to make ends meet on this income already, not to factor in that she will be quitting her job later this year to attend grad school, so that's 40k income lost.
Been driving 3+ years, no accidents, no tickets, all my endorsements with experience pulling dry van, reefer, doubles/triples, intermodal, linehaul, OTR, and local work.
Does anyone have any leads or know of any companies in the Missoula area paying well, preferably home daily or every other day/few days, and doing a reset at home for the weekend? I don't really care to go OTR (out 5+ days) again unless the hometime/pay was outstanding. I realize that pickings are quite slim here at the moment but hoping someone with some experience in the area might have some ideas for places worth considering!
