i highly doubt it. most rich white boys get off easy when it comes to prison time. they get sent to some prison and are basically being babysat the entire time. remember when martha stewart was sent to prison? remember all those stories of how the people in there don't like rich white folk? remember hearing about her time in prison, and that NONE of that bad stuff happened to her? yeah, that's what'll happen with dougie boy, his mother, and the chief financial officer. if/when they are caught, sent to prison, they'll have it easy. the only things missing will be their expensive toys. they'll be watched 24/7 to make sure nothing bad happens to them.

i'm sure it'll be a totally different story if they were poor white folks.

 

There is a differance here in the Crimes the Big Shots at Arrow messed with the IRS Social Security and alot of other people you do not Screw with. Then you have the States Trust me someone is going to throw them behind steel and throw the key away. They could also be looking a Conspriacy charges Theft via deceptive practices and alot of other HEAVY FELONIES. The loss of their toys is going to be the LEAST OF THEIR WORRIES they need to be worried about keeping their heads on in the Joint. Their is going to be 1400+ people that lost their jobs that the Judge will have to consider when he makes his choice on were to send them. All that is considered and also they starnded thousands of people some over a thousand miles from home with no way to GET HOME at Christmas that is going to make some judge in Oklahoma very mad.

Sorry But those people are going to slammed in with the worst dregs of society as an example of how not to treat your employees when you close a company.

 

You're right on the money with those comments! Also, I was reading that some of the trucks and trailers were taken to Canada and Mexico.
Also, Arrow management was stealing money from the employees' health insurance. They weren't forwarding the monies taken from the paychecks, to the insurers. They also were not sending monies marked for child support, to the appropriate agencies, that were deducted from the paychecks. Gonna be legal hell to pay now, for Arrow. I don't see how they can stay out of jail, and THAT is where they belong!

been trying to collect 1150 dollars since april now it looks like i am out that money
where is some of their trucks in so cal i will get my 1100 dollars worth lol
i guess i will have to just write it off

You should have been talking to their insurer within a couple of days of the accident . Write it off . They never reported it .
