I am trying to figure out how and what the Teamsters Union pays. I can only find a prevailing wage page for my area. The pay looks horrendous! Is it right? I am in Northern California.

Dont know what local your inquiring about but here is the UPS contract that runs thru next year.
Our contract here in MN, not ups, but local 120, runs thru this year. I did 134 and home every night so not complaining.

Where in the 200 pg report does it mention pay rate? I found something similar for my area but sifting through it to understand what my paycheck would look like is difficult. I am trying to figure out if I could survive the apprenticeship pay and what the end game pay is... To me, what I saw seems a bit low, but I am confused as to what is what, ie. How much would I take home per hour for the first 40 hours, per week AFTER dues, insurance, etc., before taxes.

I think 176-177 are the mileage rates for ups. Hourly is in there to but don't recall page number.
Not a lot of master contracts left.
Most times you can call the local of a potential employer and get the skinny, including hiring info or similar job leads.

$28.64 is TOP RATE?!!! #### that! I wouldn't get out of bed here for under $30!!! I think you start at that out here. The "total package" is $48 for apprenticeship, before dues, insurance, retirement, etc. I think it caps out at $64 but you only see $36 and to me, that is too low.

So I checked Indeed for Teamsters jobs... their pay REALLY sucks. Not sure how people survive here on that unless they work 60 hours a week!

That is 4th year rate I believe.
Top is over 41p/h w OT after 8, and holidays and 6 or 7th day triple time.
I'm up delivering in n.w. Minnesota and just talked w most senior driver here.
He did 154 last year and the covid years did over 160.
They get col increases and a raise in August.
You will not find a better paying company job..
Doesn't mean none exist but I wish I'd have stayed at brown and would be my 31st year.
