TMC Lawsuit

The point I was trying to make was that my daughter very seldom represents people in a criminal law setting. Her work is almost entirely within the realm of civil law, both state and federal.
She also doesn't represent anyone she doesn't want to represent. After as many years in practice as she's had I think she's earned that right. A direct quote from her... "No wackos, winos, ding bats, paranoid crazies, self styled political guerillas, and , under no circumstances, anyone with a political agenda as manifested in their legal problems".
She does quite a bit of pro bono work for the reservation.
As far as my daughter claiming to be a "genius litigator"., I don't think I've ever heard her describe herself as such. I think she's pretty good though. I've read some of the decisions in her favor, which were most of them, and if I needed her kind of attorney I'd use her without hesitation.

Now, you as much as called me a liar. I resent that. I have no reason to lie to you. That's a personal insult and I'll have to give some thought to how I'm going to handle it.

Gotta come up with a few sheckles for bail.......Give me a day or 2....

If this lawsuit is as frivolous as it sounds, I hope TMC fights this and wins, then goes after the plaintiff and his attorney if legally possible.

The last thing you should do as a business is set a precedent for settling nuisance cases. That's hard to do if you're one man trucking outfit and Progressive controls your legal defense, but it's easy to do with a company the size of TMC.

A Google search of this attorney doesn't look very promising for the Plaintiff.

 

No wonder TMC wanted this guy gone. He argued with Todd. No one argues with Todd.

LMAO @ trying to negotiate a drug test. That's not really how it works.

Any money won in this suit should have to go to the poor dispatchers that had to answer the phone every time this guy called.

 

I read the entirety of the plaintiff allegations, a lot of it seems far-fetched by and large.
A group of "good-ole white boys" accost this guy, shouting racial epithets at him, don't harm him, then he *goes back.*
Why wouldn't you just quit after that?

I'm a white guy, last year I got jumped at a black bar in Toledo.
Ya know what I don't do anymore? Go to black bars.

 

As much as TMC sucks, it's not their responsibility to protect his civil rights. His employment was at will.
