I have a good friend working for them.
He's happy but likes to stay out more than many.
He gets good loads due to them not trying to route him home every weekend.
He tells me he's happy with them and gets good miles. -
This works with most any company
-
I too have a friend with TMC. He loves the truck. But he's not thrilled with the miles and pay. But it's a job, and he's happy to have it.

are thangs pickin back up at tmc or are they still a company to run from???
-
I used to work for TMC but quit after only 1 month after getting my own truck(found local job, home every night) but I was thinking of calling to see if they would hire me back, work has really got slow at my local job, I guess what I want to know is, is there enough freight to make decent money and does anyone know their policies on re-hires? I'd say you could do a lot worse if you are just starting out. If you've got a couple of years of experience you should be able to do a lot better. I've been at TMC just over a year. Nobody at my house is in danger of starving, but I certainly could be doing better. I will after I have a couple years of experience. TMC, IMHO, is not a bad place to gather the required experience.

From what I've heard, I think it's unlikely, they'd rehire you, unless you gave them a "good excuse" for cutting out early.

is there any drivers working for tmc now that could tell me if % or cpm would be more profitable when just starting with them thx in advance
