It varies. They determine that after going over a person's experience an then make them an offer during the recruiting process. After hire there are annual raises. At times management gives across the board increases for increases due to renegotiated contracts an things. Plus there is no pay cap.

Greetings my fellow Climateers. First , Bryan how ya doing brah? Hope this post finds you in great spirits. I pray that you are back out here with us quickly. I finally got a new truck Monday, # 1331, had 46 miles on it. I was also very impressed by the shop, as they all seemed to now know my name, and addressed me as such at every occasion. I don't know why, but the cruise on this one is set at 65, however it'll do 69 on foot. So, my brothers of the road, let's all be safe and bang out some Climate Miles. Peace, luv y'all.

Brother 57, I'm doing good today. I went to my first cardiaologist appt. They have to get all medical records from the hospital up in Illinois so they know what caused my condition. I feel like I could run some Climate Miles right now, as I haven't had any setbacks. It's kind of hard sitting at home when I've been a road warrior for the last 13 years, but it isn't all bad. I'm getting some long overdue family time. I think about running those miles almost daily. I have a PCP appt next month and the next cardiologist appt won't be til the end of March. So that confirms I'll be out all of February, and maybe all of March. Nonetheless, I'm blessed.

On a side note, congrats on finally getting a new truck! You were looooong overdue to get some new wheels. They send ya out to Colorado to break it in?
