Where is everyone #5

I'll probably regret it, but POR-15, the stuff labeled Topcoat. Pretty much any time I use it or a rattle can, I wish I'd have just got a quart of real paint and sprayed it. Would have been nice to sandblast the frame and do that since just about everything was off, but maybe next time. I guess it doesn't really matter either way, nothing seems to last more than 2-3 years before things have to be freshened up anyway with the crap they put on the roads.

 

It looks good is the reason I asked. I'm putting different housings/rebuilt diffs under mine and doing the POR-15 as well. I got the "regular" as well as the Top Coat to put on after it dries to protect it from UV damage. Getting the axle housings sand blasted so hopefully that helps delay deterioration. Also planning to pull 5th wheel slider off and do it as well.

 

What did a conversion like that cost roughly.

Did they even manufacture nicer kids snow boots. Everyone i knew wore the same cheap turd of boots.

 

Looking good Sir, Those heavy duty dollies are how I did mine. I not only keep a car on them. They have saved my rear on a few projects.

Could do without the snow for a week or three.

 

Dunno where you guys get from that we allus have lots of snow. Chinook winds take care of it for us...
