what engine do you have what weight loads are you pulling. Did you check your intake system for leaks air filter and the basics first
-
Cummins Isx and the loads are less than 44K on a flat more like 36K to 40K avg. there is no air leaks tires are good I tryed 60/65 mph but that only change the avg 0.3 mpg and I can say I have had a day cab with 370HP and 500HP ISX I belive has 530 this thing does NOT have 530HP runs like 380-420 on flat

I had a 06 International 9900i day cab, 500 ISX, 13 speed and I only got 5. mpg. on a good day. I tried everything to get mine up and nothing helped.

I used to have a 387 and pulling a step deck, almost always pushing 80,000 lbs, I could average 6.5 mpg. It had a C15 Cat, single turbo. If it feels "sick" or down on power, I would have the air to air system pressure tested. Also, you could have an exhaust restriction. The muffler may be stopped up. Does it run smooth, just no power?
