I do the job because I like to drive across country I own my own business I am a one man band so to speak I have been doing boat repairs since the 90s but I have had a class B license since the late 90s and just recently upgraded to an A license so for me part time is my best option due to the fact I can make a better living doing the boats only draw back is I am burned out I can’t stand to look at or even ride in a boat but it pays the bills

A guy I know does part-time driveaway for another guy when his work is slow (he's in AG). He likes doing it, says its easy money, even after expenses, but iI don't know the details of their compensation package. Here's his co. info:

How many contracts do you have? What’s your weekly pay like? Most people will ask what are you currently grossing, but I’m more concerned with net pay after all business expenses are taken care of.

I’m currently looking at going back to driveaway because of the flexibility. I’m in school and this semester I have one in person class, so I might hold off until the semester is over with before I agree to driveaway agin.

I was with Amerifleet back in 2015-2019 but left because I wanted to get my Class A. So here we are almost 4 years later, and I’m looking to return to driveaway working under my LLC.

How many contracts do you have? What’s your pay looking like per week, per month? Most will ask what your gross is but I’m more concerned with both.

I worked for Amerifleet back in 2015-2019 it was great then because I had zero bills except my phone bill. Now I’m at close to $3k expenses monthly, so if I’m going to return to drive away I need to be able to easily clear that.

I left Amerifleet because I wanted to get my class A, and now 4 years later and a LLC in hand I’m thinking about returning to driveaway. I’m local in Georgia making $25.50 to deliver diesel to construction sites. If I had taxes coming out of my pay I’d literally only be able to pay close to what my monthly expenses are, and that’s it. So even filing exempt I’m still paycheck to paycheck.

The reason I’m looking at driveaway is because of the flexibility, I’m currently in school and have one in person class on Thursday’s only. So just trying to gather as much info as possible because I may want to do driveaway once the semester comes to an end around mid to end of April.

If you don’t mind me asking who are you working for? And would you be willing to exchange numbers? I’ve done drive away a few years back, before I got my Class A. It’s the longest job I ever had. Now that I think back on it, it’s because of the freedom it provides. I’d say I worked maybe 10.5 months out of the year and grossed between $45k-$50k all 3 years I was with Amerifleet 2015-2019. Not sure if you’ve heard of them.

Of course back then I didn’t really have any bills besides my phone bill. Now my monthly bills come up to around $3k. So if I’m going to go back to driveaway I definitely want it to be worth it, and what you’re saying sounds worth it to me.
