VGT Actuator?

the code you have is for egr flow to low first thing check ports on egr delta p that would be a start most likely need to clean up the egr cooler since there is not enough egr gas getting in the engine this could possibly cause higher exhaust temps if there is not enough egr going in the engine.

 

Ok is their a test or way to check if egr needs to be cleaned or what would be a recommended way to clean it .

Remove egr cooler and send it for cleaning.

 

there is people that do this people that fix radiators and such or u can remove and blow it out with pressure washer make sure you clean all the soot out of it and with for a day before you install so it can dry or dry it in an oven as crazy as that sounds.
