DD15 code RSRVC 128s 146 14 and issues

Hey, I have 2 freightliners with a DD15 in them.

Truck 1 - I am getting fault code
RSRVC 128s 146 14, both engine lights come on. Both solid orange

It comes on and off, might be on for a few hours or a few mins. Truck will still do a regen when the DPF light comes on.

Can anyone let me know what the code refers to?

Truck 2 - when turning the ignition, I just get a single click at the starter, sometimes Truck will turn over fine, and when it does it has no issues and cranks fine. I tested all the batteries and they are good.

It started off with doing it just once a month but has progressed through every other time.

I have checked all the grounds and am thinking it's the starter, Truck is a 2017 and has 1.3mill kms on it, and I think it's the original starter. Anything else I should check before pulling the starter?

Yeah we don't get click, click, click. Just a single solitary click. So I am pretty sure it's the starter, I wish starters where $250, he in AUS they are more like $600 plus fitting (may do it myself, maybe)
