Way back in my car parts day, someone loaded up a capacitor and called my name and as i turned around i saw something comming at me and i caught it....lol it gave me a lil jump start!!
-
If it was spectrally pure, how would you know without tuning into that frequency?
-
I don't think an RF burn from a coil cares what frequency the RF is, let alone if it's a pure or dirty signal.
If you were just yanking Ridgelines chain, then please ignore my comment. -
Where would the RF burn come from if the antenna system is functioning efficiently?
-
Well he mentioned it was a loading coil he touched. It's usually the amount of current (amperage) that can cause the shock or burn to the skin. Not sure what amount of current was flowing through the coil at the moment Ridge touched it, but at 250 watts it was a lot. RF is made up of voltage and current, so it's still there even if the antenna system is functioning okay.rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

That was me who mentioned the lil capacitor that someone charged up and tossed to me...

Who doesn't hear Hard Drive? He's the Bamm Bamm of 2023.
And if you don't know who Bamm Bamm is....My Pretty Red PantiesStill undecided Thanks this. -
oMg rabbi, you are that dumb??
RF exposure is a major problem.
People running power with low sitting antennas are the problem. I doubt he like some others don't have their antenna more than 50 feet off the ground.
So it exposes people around the antenna. -
Where he is now,no one is exposed....
