Well i cant say exactly cause i was nevwr told..Just that his surroundings will not affect anyone..

With all the drama goin on even if i did know i wouldnt ratt the guy out cause if something were to happen,i could be held somewhat liable.....Either way it wouldnt be a nice thing to do to anyone..

There has to be absolute proof you provided the means for harm to come to a person, it can't be conjecture or rumor. this applies to your laws as much as mine here.

I wouldn't worry about it, people know where he is. It isn't hard to find someone like him, nor most people, it is when they have a lot of money or really good resources to disappear, it becomes a challenge.
