    Some crimes I believe you should permanently pay for just like the victim. What you described doesn't sound like it fits within that category. If that's correct then I wish you the best of luck.

    No i should not have been charged that way but when you don't have a defense fund you are at the mercy of a pd and they aren't in it for your interest. Fellow wasn't hurt at all and would never had happened that way if he didn't poke me with something that left me with a scar.

    My cousin just got of prison 4 years ago he did 12 years in Santa Rosa for assault with a deadly weapon he drive for western express and from the looks of it he actually doing pretty well haven't been back to jail or prison I think he's coming off the road
