Looks to be the same as mine. There isn't much to hurt really. It does pull out kind of hard. The wires that plug into it are very stiff and not very long. The green part number sticker has a different light arrangement I believe.

You do have to be careful because there are clips that you can break. I broke one of mine but I was able to put it back in there and it's okay.

I myself would like to buy another one if I could. From what I understand they just go bad and that's it you have to replace it.

Actually my truck is a 95 and I have a 94 Parts truck. I never thought to look at that to see if it's the same. Both originally had Detroits

You just have to work it out. Take a screwdriver and pry gently around it where the little indentation are as you pull. It will come out.

Yeah my original one went bad. I think could potentially fix it but I'm not very good at circuit board repairs. It has two capacitors that are loose on it. It just bought a different one from @Smellfunny and it works great. Old one wasn't sending any voltage out to the low air switches anymore. So the air buzzer just stayed on constantly.

I can get it to slide out about 4 inches. That's it. It's got a pigtail harness that seems to be holding in place.
I cant see how to unplug it.
I drive every day. Don't want to risk breaking anything. Was going to have my shop man change out.
I think all flds are the same on these modules.

There is a plug on the back end of it and if you have not done it already you may have to pull out the speedometer panel and maybe some of the other panels so that you can get behind it and reach in.

Maybe you can go in with a mirror or a camera to see how that plug fits in there. I don't remember how it unplugs. Maybe someone else knows. I could be wrong but I think different years or perhaps trucks with different options have a different light bar.

I don't blame you though for not wanting to mess up something that you run every day.

The plug should have a blue colored clip you can push down on the top side at the back right side of the light bar. Then it releases the wiring harness. I wasn't gentle with mine so I wasn't worried I guess. I still didn't break anything but you do have to force it a bit. The wiring harness is very stiff, thick and short. When my stuff doesn't work I can't help but pull it all apart, that's just how I have always been. New bar has saved me several times already as I needed the blink codes from the bar on a few occasions already. (Had a bad coolant level sensor and I had my fuel shut down solenoid wire come loose.) Without the dang light bar I would have just been lost as to what was wrong.
