Well last year I started with a company as a company driver with a w2, because they operate out of misery,I now owe the it's $1,250.
No one mentioned to me that this would be the case or I would have said take it out each week just like federal and my arkansas taxes.
Ut isn't it like a double dipping scheme or something, how dies Missouri get away with this crap?
Is there a way around it? With out having to move here?

Do some research or check with your tax person. I can’t speak for MO or AR specifically, but generally in a multi state tax situation your residence state will offer a credit for taxes paid to the other state. Therefore not double dipping.

Missouri isn't misery. It is, but not this time. It's your crap company. I bet you loved it you didn't get involved with a big company, high fives all around, but you have to be careful. Mom and Pops aren't always peaches and cream. Buella smoking the cigs in the back room doing your payroll might be barely literate. Beware.

I lived in Kansas and worked out of Nebraska and had Nebraska tax deductions taken out of my check.
At the end of the year, I owed Kansas where I live and all of the Nebraska deductions were credited back to me to pay Kansas, so no double dipping.

Not sure about MO and AR but I'd bet it's the same.

Opposite with me. I worked for a company in Nebraska and lived in Maine. Only Maine tax was taken out. Weird

Worst company I've worked for was a small mom & pop outfit.
I like the mid-size to large to mega companies.

You're being BSed. I've been working for a company based out of Missouri the last 3 plus years. I live in TN so the only taxes taken are federal, as we have no state income tax. We have drivers from some Arkansas too, and I've never heard them having to pay Missouri and Arkansas taxes, as well as federal. Something is fishy about your company.
