Preventable Accident/DAC Report

Lol i know typing that out just felt terrible altogether. I’ve read far too many horror stories about them. But good news is they decided to keep me. But I’m being watched like a hawk now and that’s not a good feeling. The safety guy seemed like he wanted me gone and my driver manager really went to bat for me. While me and safety were talking he was buting in and trying to stand up for me. Once we got off the phone I thought for sure I was a goner. But even though they decided to keep me on, I think it’s best for me to reach out to my company to seek another job elsewhere. I think I should leave California while I still have a chance. This place is truly cursed haha I’m still going to look into those other companies though.

 

I’m definitely going to look into them. They didn’t let me go but I still don’t have a good feeling I’m my stomach. Plus, being in California really makes me feel uneasy. I’ve been here for a few months for work, but almost everyday I’m driving I always get a little anxious coming up to the weigh stations. Not that I’m hiding anything but anything could happen during an inspection no matter how well I go over the truck. I always feel a sigh of relief when my pre pass blinks green.

 

Yea while I still have my feelings about my old username (because i don’t really care too much for them or DOT) , I didn’t want it being a detractor from any other things I might post about in the future.

and you think they might’ve been doing that intentionally to maybe see how I handled it?
