CR England - The real story

It's nothing but a univarsity truck driven school. That's why they have such a turn over rate . I train for awhile there made good money and miles training but when I asked for time off from training the miles went south . So did the pay and didn't resieve the rest off the money owed to me . Plus I was a expeirance drive when I went to England . Mow the tryed to sew me for 1500$ which they can't give me a answer on what it's for ? Five years late they are trying to get this 1500$ for what I didn't get my money for the work I did gofigure

 

they are just a bunch of money hugry ########## that is controlled by the mormon church and with england it'll never change

 

I got my training with CR England, and stayed with them 2 years to satisfy my obligation to pay off my schooling. I then found a job that payed alot more, without having to spend 12 weeks in a truck at a time. I've got no complaints with England. They did what they said they would...Train Me! I really don't think that it's a place where MOST drivers can make the most money. If it's working for you, great! I just think that there are many better opportunities out there for the average trucker.

 

I finished up phase 2 a couple of weeks ago & headed home. From what I understand they are down to roughly 180 company drivers, the balance of their fleet are lease operators. As I've stated before, their training program is real good but unless you're planning on leasing a truck thru them you'd be better off going elsewhere. Out of 100+ people that started out in my class, only 12 of us completed the training program. I'm the only one from my class that wouldn't lease a truck & most of the ones that did lease are doing poorly, covering their lease expenses but barely making enough money to cover their on the road expenses let alone sending money home.

All in all my "training" experience with them was good with the exception of getting routed towards home. Everytime I wanted to get home & then back onto a truck, I had to hop on an airplane at my expense. Getting you home for time off & back on a truck is not one of their priorities.

If you plan on going to CRE to train, plan on being treated like a second class citizen, working for little money, not seeing your family & plan on leasing. I am grateful for the training I received but I was fortunate that I was able to pay for the schooling out of pocket, most aren't that lucky. So my training is being put to use with a different trucking company beginning next week.

If you go into this program go with the understanding that if ######## was electricity, CRE would be a powerhouse.

Hard work and Dedication are paying off!!!!!!!!! Hubby just moved up to phase one trainer week one was ok $700 bring home for one week with 3,800 miles.Would have been more but had to pay 2 weeks of insurance due to the week off for classes and paid 200 out of that to have the year end taxes done. Tommrow he will be scanning 6,200 miles for one week!!!!!!!!! Dont think we could ask for anymore!!!!!!!!Didnt do the math yet but I am sure this check will be a big one!!!!
This ones for you aftershock mabey we will be that sucess story after all!!!!!!! Atleast for right now I am happy he stuck with CRE!!!! Get back to you ths weekend to let you know what 6,200 miles pays!!!!!!

 

I am looking for a good box truck company, reefer or not, want as much home time as possible and a good company to work for. I have many years experience. Anyone have any names for me?

You can expect a $2000.00+/- gross check before any of your elective deductions based on 6200 miles.

Not trying to put any CRE O/Os down, so this is for information purposes only. I'm a solo O/O and average over $3650 gross on 3000 miles. There are better opportunities than CRE. Good luck though.
