Everybody's quick to say get a lawyer but don't realize that America you need big money to even have an attorney, only those with enough upfront money and full price can get a lawyer to at least notice the case, aside from that the driver that you're talking about that they're always giving bonuses to is probably the one that's a scapegoat ask the rest of the drivers if they're getting that same type of treatment bet you they're not, I've worked for foreigners that own trucking companies out of Northern California I live in Southern California and I can tell you the truth they're all full of #### all of them

Oh. Another ####### who thinks he had a gotcha moment. Surprise, surprise. In what way was it indicative that I knew without a conceivable doubt that this company was full of crooks before I got out on the road and under dispatch? I'm curious as to where I said that. I mentioned some red flags in the hiring process, which in retrospect, I should have given more weight to, but I was under a load and headed to California before they started pulling the ######## where I knew beyond a doubt that they were thieving ########. Nice try at sounding like you have it all figured out, though.

Ok, James G Stewart.....he's a hint, if they sound anything like Boris and/or Natasha from Rockey and Bullwinkle, you might have a problem.
    Good luck and you're welcome.

I tried to file a complaint with the Illinois DOT and they simply told me that unless I had screenshots of texts or emails where they were telling me to break the law or that they kept all my money, since all they had to do was make up fictitious charges as to why they kept the money i.e I abandoned the load and the trailer, which is a complete lie. It was a no win situation. They were smart about it. Marko only suggested the unlawful acts over the phone, so I had no hard evidence to present. That was on me. I'll be better prepared the next time I attempt an LP situation. Lesson learned, but still want others to know about my experience. They can call me a liar and make up #### all they want, but there are PLENTY of other stories out there of LB Inspire/Skiff/MDF/Independent LB doing the same shady #### to other drivers, all you have to do is research it. One person might just simply have an axe to grind. Hundreds of similar experiences suggests there is some validity to what I'm saying here.

So Marko "suggested" these unlawful acts over the phone. So no firearms, or literal arm twisting was involved? I get suggestions just about every day. Ignore most of them, but that's me.

It’s been 14 months since your first post.
What resolution have you achieved if any?
