    That state is one place the word
    " Unprecedented " really does apply.

    The level of JUNK with California plates that's allowed to operate there, and the level of head turning corresponding to that JUNK really is Unprecedented.

    I live near cali ... stay away from it in my cmv. Went on vacation this last week. Those fresno and bakersfield trucks really impressed me. I was rolling along breaking the law in my pickup and the new to america crew were blazing past me at 20 to 30 mph above the cmv speed limit ... truly impressive. I wish their culture was a bit more courteous and cautious.

    Not a one of them were pulled by CHP. Guess they target people that "look" like they will pay the fine and not flee the country.
